Description of Beach Cleanup Activity

Activities will include picking up and hauling man-made debris found along the beach and sorting items for proper removal. Activities will take place outdoors in hot and sunny conditions and involve walking over uneven terrain including through sand or in the water. Biting or stinging insects may be present. No swimming is permitted, but participants may choose to wade in the water at their own risk. Any debris that may cause harm, such as glass or needles should not be picked up. All personal protective equipment and supplies needed will be provided by DLFL. It is recommended to bring a reusable drinking container and any necessary personal items. Shoes must be worn at all times. Restrooms are available on-site.

This Agreement covers use of tools provided by and/or participation in events organized by DLFL.

I, the Participant and/ Volunteer, do hereby affirm and acknowledge that I have been fully informed of the inherent hazards and risks associated with Beach Clean-up at East Coast Park Beach.

All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law are hereby, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded.

In consideration for being permitted to participate in beach clean-up activities, I warrant, represent and agree that:

1. I am in good health and have no physical condition and can fully participate in the activity without undue risk to my wellbeing.

2. I assume all risks from my participation including without limitation the risk of any negligence or recklessness by other participants. I understand that there may be risks involved which are not known to me or to DLFL at this time, or the time of the activities in which I may participate, and agree to assume such unforeseeable risks.

3. I hereby release, indemnify and hold DIAMOND LOVE FOUNDATION LIMITED (DLFL) , its directors, employees and volunteers, harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, injury, disability, death, loss or damage to person or property arising from the above activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3.本人特此免除、赔偿并保护智爱基金会（DLFL）、及其董事、员工和志工免受因上述活动引起的任何和所有索赔、责任、伤害、残疾、死亡、损失或人身或财产损害，无论是否由疏忽或其他原因造成。

Parent/ Guardian Release 家长/监护人免责声明

(If applicable) I consent to my child/ward taking part in the Activity, and I agree to the waiver and indemnity that are set out in this agreement. （如适用）我同意我的孩子/受监护人参加活动，并同意本协议中规定的弃权和赔偿。
